Y'know what's cookin', folks? Todds Motorhomes has just scooped up the top prize at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, nabbing the title of Best Dealer – New Motorhomes!
Our awesome readers on our website and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club voted for their experiences, helping us to find the best campervan converters, manufacturers, and base vehicles. The survey also gives dealers a grilling, with participants revealing their experiences, including the dealer's knowledge about the motorhome, warranty work, and the crucial question of whether they'd buy from the same dealer again.
To claim the top spot is a big deal, so congrats to Todds Motorhomes for taking the crown! They scored a staggering 94.8%, managing to hold off Peter Roberts, who came in second with 94.5%. Three other dealerships also earned Gold Awards – West Country Motorhomes Group, Emm-Bee Motorhomes, and Camper UK, thanks to scores of 92.7%, 83.7%, and 82.4% respectively.
Now here's the real kicker – Todds Motorhomes doesn't just deal in one brand of motorhomes; they stock four makes – Auto-Trail, Malibu, Swift, and the manufacturer who was crowned the Best Manufacturer Overall at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, Roller-Team!
Eight dealerships received Silver Awards, with Tyne Valley Motorhomes leading the pack with 79.20%. Then came Brownhills and Highbridge Caravans with scores of 72.60% and 72.40% respectively. Chelston Motorhomes and Don Amott achieved respective totals of 69.10% and 67.40%.
The rest of the Silver Award winners included Motorhomes & Caravans, Hull (67.20%), Marquis Group (65.40%), and Spinney Motorhomes (64%)...and that's just the tip of the motorhome iceberg!
