Community Gathering at Ennepetal Church: "Onward and Celebrate!"

On Saturday, September 27, the Evangelical Church Community Milspe-Rüggeberg is hosting a community festival under the theme 'Community on the Move'. The day-long event will connect three locations: Milspe, Rüggeberg, and Büttenberg.

The festival will commence with a family service in the Milspe church at 11 am, led by Pastor Szilvia Klaus and various children's groups. After the service, around 2 pm, the festival moves to Rüggeberg, where the focus is on a family program with touch and skill games, creative actions, face painting, duck fishing, and other activities. Meanwhile, the community house in Rüggeberg will transform into a church café with coffee and cake.

Participation in the festival is free, but contributions will be collected for food and drinks. Delicious food from a grill stand will be available during the finale. The festival's schedule and activities are subject to change, but visitors can find the exact timetable for the shuttle bus on the church community's homepage.

The free shuttle bus will connect all three locations throughout the day, allowing visitors to board the bus at any of the three locations and enjoy the day together. The shuttle bus service will ensure a smooth transition between the various events, making it easy for everyone to participate.

The finale of the community festival will take place at Büttenberg in the Wichernhaus. An evening blessing will mark the atmospheric conclusion of the day, followed by entertainment from the cover band 'Laid Black Virgin' from Wuppertal.

The festival in Rüggeberg will also include participation from four kindergartens, the CVJM Rüggeberg, and the children's group 'Crazy Company'. The programme in Rüggeberg will take place under the protective roof of a circus tent and pavilions.

Visitors can look forward to many opportunities for pleasant conversations during the finale, making it a perfect opportunity to connect with the community. So, mark your calendars and join the community festival 'Community on the Move' for a day filled with fun, food, and fellowship.
