Headline: RNIB Legacy Garden Confirmed for RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025

The much-anticipated RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2025 is shaping up to be a celebration of innovation, natural gardening, and individuality. One garden that has already been confirmed and detailed is the RNIB Legacy Garden.

This garden, designed by award-winning designer Paul Hervey-Brookes, aims to celebrate the impact of gifts in Wills on the lives of blind and partially sighted people. The garden features immersive experiences such as "sight pods" simulating eye conditions and a gently moving oak pontoon to convey the daily uncertainties faced by those with sight loss.

The RNIB Legacy Garden is built with sustainability and natural materials in mind, making it a testament to the harmony between nature and accessibility.

Other gardens for the 2025 show are yet to be fully confirmed, but several have been announced. These include the Garden of the Future, sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and designed by Matthew Butler and Joshua Parker. The London Square Developments and Chelsea Pensioners Garden, designed by Dave Green, is also on the list, as well as the Killik & Co Futureproof Garden, returning with designer Baz Grainger.

Project Giving Back is set to sponsor several gardens in 2025, including The Glasshouse Garden designed by Jo Thompson, the Hospice UK: Garden of Compassion, and The King's Trust Garden: Seeding Success, among others. The Avande Garden, designed by Tom Massey and Je Ahn, who won a gold medal for the WaterAid Garden at The Chelsea Flower Show in 2024, is also expected to be a highlight.

The Avande Garden will have a unique feature: a digital twin accessible via QR code, and it will use AI technology to provide data about garden conditions for sustainable gardening.
