Digital Seminars: Eco-friendly Building Solutions in the County
The "Future Building in Landkreis Fuerth" online workshop series, organised by C.A.R.M.E.N. e.V. in cooperation with the Landkreis Fuerth, is set to provide valuable information and exchange on current topics related to municipal heat planning, the Building Energy Act, and heating with wood.
The series kicked off with an initial event held on October 26, 2023, where the need and challenges were worked out together. The upcoming events promise to delve deeper into these topics, offering practical insights and solutions.
On January 30, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, a web seminar will shed light on the new Building Energy Act and the law on municipal heat planning. This seminar will discuss the question: What requirements arise from the laws for municipalities and building owners, and what possibilities are there to meet them?
On February 6, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, a web seminar will offer practical tips on planning and operating heat networks. The focus of this seminar will be on hints for design, successful operation, aging behaviour, and optimization possibilities.
On the same day, from 4:00 PM, an online expert discussion will focus on sustainable heating with wood. The environmentally friendly alternative to non-renewable energy carriers will be the focus of this discussion.
On February 20, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, another web seminar will discuss what needs to be considered and which heating technology is suitable for which demand. The expert discussion on this day will also focus on the legally secure design of heat supply contracts and funding opportunities.
In addition, an online expert discussion on February 20, 2024, at 4:00 PM will focus on sustainable heating with wood.
Registration is required to participate in one or more workshops. More information and registration for the workshops can be found on the Projects section of the sustainable-our website.
The workshops are mostly free and online, and are aimed at municipal building offices, building management, housing cooperatives, sustainability/climate protection management, architects, and all interested citizens.
