Holiday Passes Distribute Vouchers for Attractions in Oberhausen

In a heartwarming event on Wednesday, 28 children and young people from Oberhausen received holiday passes, financed by generous donations to the community. The passes, each worth over 50 euros, include vouchers for leisure facilities and attractions such as public baths, the open-air museum, the Rheinböllen animal park, and more.

Mayor Marcus Röth, Deputy Mayor Oliver Wilbert, and Deputy Mayor Michaela Christmann-Bott presented the holiday passes to the delighted recipients. Deputy Mayor Christmann-Bott, who has been organizing the holiday passes for years, expressed her gratitude to the participating companies for their generous support.

Apart from local vouchers, the holiday passes include access to a variety of Merlin attractions. Notably, the passes grant 365 days of admission to 15 German Merlin attractions, including LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Oberhausen, Heide Park Resort, all German SEA LIFE aquariums, Madame Tussauds Berlin, and other LEGOLAND® resorts. These passes also offer a 10% discount on restaurants and shops within these attractions.

To obtain or pick up these passes, the pass must be ordered online. After ordering, a booking confirmation with a code is sent. This code can be printed as a ticket and given as a gift. The pass is activated only when the code is redeemed, beginning the validity period of 365 days. It's worth noting that the pass can be redeemed or activated up to six months after purchase.

Unfortunately, specific contact information for pick-up or further inquiries is not detailed in the search results. However, the official Heide Park or Merlin attractions websites are implied points of contact for purchasing and redeeming passes.

Children who have not yet picked up their holiday pass can contact Deputy Mayor Michaela Christmann-Bott at the telephone number 0171 - 738 49 90. For more information or to order the Merlin passes, visit the Heide Park or Merlin websites.

This initiative not only provides a fun-filled summer for the recipients but also underscores the community's support for its young members. The holiday passes are valid for the remainder of the summer holiday season, ensuring a memorable end to the school break for the lucky recipients.

The holiday passes, offering a diverse range of attractions such as home-and-garden leisure facilities and cultural destinations, will provide an enjoyable lifestyle experience for the recipients. The passes, with access to Merlin's attractions like SEA LIFE aquariums and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre, are more than just vouchers; they offer a unique blend of entertainment and learning within each home-and-garden destination and attraction.
