  • Mix Equal parts of Teff (African grain, or substitute with Jowar), Ragi, Singhada, Wholewheat, Potato starch, cooked mashed sweet potato, and Psyllium husk to make a dough.
  • Add 2 tbsp Flaxseed powder to the dough. If you don't have flaxseed, use Psyllium husk.
  • If your recipe calls for oil, use cold-pressed seed or nut oil (coconut or sesame) for extra nutrition. There's no mandatory oil in this recipe.
  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, and oregano powder for flavor. Leave the dough to rise for 2-3 hours.

Toppings:
