Located at 10 Marshall Street, the Ebenezer Hancock House is a rare surviving Georgian structure from the mid-1700s in central Boston. It is the last surviving Boston property tied to John Hancock, with the title later transferred to his younger brother, Ebenezer Hancock, for whom the house is named.

The property's historical significance is noteworthy. It is reportedly the site where Ebenezer Hancock, deputy paymaster of the Continental Army, stored 2 million silver crowns, loaned by the French government, prior to disbursement to the troops.
