The Life at Home Platform consists of three key features. Firstly, the IKEA Family Credit Card offers flexible repayment options and exclusive benefits for small to medium-ticket purchases. Secondly, the Home Move & Setup service handles a wide range of tasks, from utility transfers and broadband subscriptions to mail redirection and secure storage. Lastly, the Energy Services provide access to renewable energy options through partnerships with trusted providers. IKEA collaborates with Aira and Soly for these services, offering heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers to customers.
The Home Move & Setup service is free to use, with professional services competitively priced. This comprehensive service takes care of various aspects of moving house, making the process more manageable for customers.
