Petra Böhme Celebrates 40 Years at Baker Becker

Petra Böhme has reached a remarkable milestone, celebrating 40 years at Baker Becker in Marmstorf. Starting her career at the age of 15, Böhme has become a dedicated and valued employee, now working in the company's headquarters.

Böhme's journey began when she was just 15, embarking on an apprenticeship that would span four decades. She rode her moped daily from Heimfeld to Marmstorf for work and school, a testament to her commitment and dedication. Out of 30 applicants, Böhme secured the apprenticeship position and impressed her mentors, Peter and Elfie Becker, who took care of her during her training.

After completing her apprenticeship, Böhme was hired and has since worked her way up to the headquarters. CEO Wiebke Krüger hopes Böhme will continue her career with the company, expressing her desire for Böhme to stay longer. Böhme, who enjoys her work, shares this sentiment, looking forward to many more years with Baker Becker. To mark her 40-year milestone, Böhme received a bonus and flowers, a fitting recognition of her loyalty and service.
