South Quartier Portitz Sud: Land is being transformed into green spaces for development
In the heart of Leipzig-Portitz Süd, a new residential development is taking shape. The location of this exciting project is at the intersection of Künstlerbogen towards Tauchaer Straße.
The project, developed by Bonava, is a community-oriented neighbourhood that promises a fresh and sustainable living experience. The development includes 300 new apartments and houses, of which 40 are modern rental apartments and 11 are family-friendly townhouses built in a terraced style.
Bonava, in an effort to create a child- and family-friendly environment, has also emphasised the creation of many green zones and open spaces for residents to enjoy. However, the specific plans for the public green spaces are yet to be detailed.
To introduce this project to interested parties and the local community, Bonava is organising an information event called "KennenLernen" on May 7, 2023, starting at 3 PM. The event will provide specific plans for the project, offering a chance for everyone to learn more about this exciting development.
